Fundraise at Work

Whether you organise a morning tea, host a bring your dog to work day or even your very own office Olympics challenge – there is something to suit everyone! Fundraising at work can bring the team together, boost morale, raise important funds for Assistance Dogs Australia and be a lot of fun!

Here are some ideas to get you started:

Bring Your Dog to Work – lots of offices are now dog friendly. Why not organise a ‘bring your dog to work’ day – you could charge a few dollars for a pat or cuddle.

Host a Morning Tea or even a ‘Dog’s Breakfast’ – Can you bring your dogs to a morning tea/breakfast? With more people working from home, it’s a great way to bring people together, in the office. Encourage people to bring in sweet treats, even better if they are dog themed (pupcakes)! Labrador covered cupcake anyone?

Office Olympics – 2024 is the year of the Olympics so what better way to celebrate and raise funds for Assistance Dogs Australia than by hosting your own Office Olympics. Who will take the gold for paper aeroplane throwing? Who will be on the winner’s podium for the quickest typing? So many options to engage your staff and raise funds.

Office Quiz – host your very own office quiz to raise funds for Assistance Dogs Australia. Invite along customers, stakeholders, friends and family and battle out who is the smartest in the office!

Dog/Animal Family Fun Day – host an office picnic and invite along staff, families, friends and their animals.

Take Part in a ‘Challenge’ Event –bring together your company to take part in a challenge event, like City2Surf or a fun run. Having people come together for one event is a great way to build team collaboration, unite for a cause and have some fun!
