Volt
9 months old | Penrith, NSW | Male desexed | Black Labrador
Volt is a handsome nine-month-old black Labrador with a heart full of love and a personality to match. He is incredibly affectionate, thrives on human companionship and is happiest when he’s close to his people, enjoying plenty of cuddles and attention.
Volt is a confident young dog with a good foundation of basic training. He walks beautifully on lead with calm manners and genuinely enjoys meeting people of all ages, making him a pleasure to take out and about.
Like any young Labrador, Volt is still learning. He can be vocal when left alone, so his new family will need to build his confidence with being by himself and provide appropriate enrichment. He is also learning good indoor manners and which household items are appropriate to chew. Ongoing guidance, supervision and consistency will help him mature.
Volt would be best suited as the only dog in the home. With patience, training and affection, he’ll make a loyal, devoted and loving companion.
Bambi
24 months old | Penrith, NSW | Female | Golden Retriever
Bambi is a sweet, affectionate 23-month-old girl who is continuing to build her confidence and self-regulation as she experiences new environments. She loves spending time with her people, enjoys pats and is happiest staying close to her handler.
Bambi is bright and responds well to positive reinforcement. She is making progress with engagement, check-ins and loose lead walking. She is confident in a range of environments, including residential streets, parks and outdoor spaces, and enjoys exploring. Interesting scents, birds and other dogs can sometimes be distracting, so she is continuing to develop her focus and ‘leave’ cue with handler support.
Bambi is looking for a calm, consistent family who will give her the time, patience and positive guidance she needs to flourish. She would benefit from continuing her training in everyday environments and a family who enjoys getting out and about.
Bambi will be desexed before joining her new family.
