Optus Corporate Fundraising
At Optus, connecting people is at the very heart of our business. One of our Community goals is to reduce social isolation which is why we've been supporting Assistance Dogs Australia since 2005 help adults and children with disabilities. In addition to raising funds via initiatives such as the Optus Workplace Giving program, we're committed to providing hands-on support to raise awareness of Assistance Dogs Australia – which is why our people were delighted to take part in the ADA puppy raising program. Optus staff helped train Nikita the pup onsite at our Sydney campus on a daily basis over 18 month period and Nikita is now making a big difference to the life of a young boy called Jayden. Assistance Dogs Australia also regularly visits the Optus Centre to ensure our people get to meet and greet the pups they are supporting.
