Taking the laws into their paws
On Wednesday 7th Dogtober the pups at Assistance Dogs Australia took the law into their paws, teaming up with Clayton Utz to host their first ever Legal Dogs’ Breakfast, launching Assistance Dogs Australia’s Loyal Companions Circle, a new bequest program.
Charged with stealing the whole month of October for their fundraising and awareness month (and renaming it Dogtober of course), the pups were lent a paw at the Legal Dogs Breakfast by none other than the Honourable Federal Attorney General, Robert McClelland MP and MC Celina Edmonds.
With the Attorney General as key note speaker and another 50 lawyers in attendance, the Assistance Dogs’ Super Puppies are sure to be acquitted.
And that is good news as these cute and cuddly pups will eventually give freedom and independence to people with physical disabilities.
The pups would like to thank everyone who came to the Legal Dog’s Breakfast – especially the team at Clayton Utz, the Honourable Federal Attorney General, Robert McClelland MP and MC Celina Edmonds.
